Everything was explained step by step. He knows his business and how to keep customers from stressing out when they hear the numbers. Really appreciate Sam for coming out when he did even though it was after 5pm. Will absolutely most definitely call him and refer him to others if need be.

Sam was absolutely amazing! He arrived right on time and quickly figured out what was wrong with our heat! He found the part extremely fast (same day) and was back the next morning to fix it! He had us with heat within 24 hours of when we confirmed it had gone out. He had the most amazing people skills and our entire family fell in love with him!!! He has THE BEST service and THE BEST personality!!! I’d recommend him every day of every year! As our 5 year old said “He was 10 outta 10”!!!

Sam is the best! He was very accommodating in helping our family out while we were waiting for our landlord to decide on what he was going to do when our A/C went out. We could not appreciate his generosity more! After being without air conditioning for two nights during a heat wave, he came out to get the air working again so our toddler and ourselves could be comfortable until the rest of the work could be done through our landlord. When we get our own house, we will not use anyone else. Thanks again so much!

Hello. My AC went out Monday evening July 6th 2026. I called A1 Heating and Cooling July 7th. Sam came to my house on July 7th. My AC was up and running within a hour. Sam was professional, friendly, and kept me informed. I highly recommend Sam with A1 Heating and Cooling.

A1 Heating and Cooling was a great decision for us. The owner Sam took care of us and both him and his son were very professional. They completed the work within one day (replaced our AC unit) and they also treated our home with respect. Sam is a great person and I would highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.

We are so grateful to Sam. He went above and beyond when our A/C stopped working on the one of the hottest days in July. He came out the same day to ensure we didn’t have to go without air conditioning. I highly recommend A1 to anyone wanting a transparent and knowledgeable HVAC company.

I’ve had Sam come out several times and he always does a great job. I lost his number a while back and called one of the bigger companies. I knew enough to realize I was not only being overcharged on refrigerant but they were trying to charge me for work it didn’t need. My system crashed yesterday and I had Sam’s number. Their name fits them perfectly. They are A-1. My appointment was set by my home warranty for Friday and we had already been sweltering in the house since the previous weekend. I called to confirm the set appointment and Sam said “I can come by tonight”. He had my AC running a few short hours later. I can’t thank him and his son enough. ABOVE AND BEYOND! That is what Sam and his company did for us. We were in a pinch. In a hurry to finish a room in our garage and needed a mini split unit.
